My problem is that the company is not at all of cooperative nature. they are issuing additional documents requirement of ecs details of policy holder. which we send him all details subsequently by more than 5-6 times by mail scanned detail are fulfill to them in the policy.but their is no response from customer care. email was sent to cigna ttk health insurance. also your customer care number is useless with so amny time wasting options, I tried serveral time and wasted money and time in call withou any result.still now I am not settlement any claim by them.
