I have very bad experience with TTK. I am working with Accenture. I was supposed to get 53000/- after a surgery. I submitted all the documents and Bills.Ttk people asking me to submit the bills in colour print outs . which hospital will give bills printed in color format. This was with clear intention to reject the claim.
Also, they are saying they haven’t received some documents which I had already submitted. they know that I cant get them again from hospital as I submitted originals.
Now with out informing me, they closed this case. Never ever take any policy from TTK. Be very careful. Now its known as Vidal Health.
