Cignattk health Insurance is the most unprofessional and un trusty Insurance group. Firstly Cignattk’s representative misguided me with wrong information on health insurance . He collected the cheque of Rs. 61624 form me . The cheque was credited in Cignattk account on 3rd June’16.
It is the worst experience for me. I am attaching the bank statement where it clearly shows that the amount is debited from my account and credited in Cignattk account on 3rd June’16.
I am also enclosing cheque issued to Cignattk.
Once I came to know that the cignaattk is not providing me health insurance policy as described by there representative then immediately I decided not to proceed with this. I canceled through mail dated 5th May’16 and requested for refund.They sent me mail that my money will be refunded in a week.
I wanted to inform the representative who had come to me but he was not at all bothered to receive my call .I cannot understand what type of representatives they appoint?
Since one month cignattk is asking me so many documents as a proof to refund my money.
They are only sending mail to me that they are looking in to this as a priority but till today( 07.072016) they have not refunded my amount inspite of writing to there senior team . It is almost a month now .
