I purchased my wife’s dress by COD. The dress materials are not up to the mark, so, I returned the materials through DTDC courier. They will pay the courier charge up to 120. Till now all is good.
After that I asked them to return the money via an Account transfer.
They have asked for a bank account and generate the NEFT transfer slip.
They told me it will take 3-4 working days.
They told me Account no is incorrect.
They asked for the bank statement as they have not sufficient infrastructure to verify whether funds transferred or not.
