Refund Is Not Good

ORDER NO:153676 on dated 30 March 2014. First time I went for Cilory, I purchased my wife’s dress by COD. The dress materials are not up to the mark, so, I returned the materials through DTDC courier. They will pay the courier charge up to 120. Till now all is good.


After that I asked them to return the money via an Account transfer.

  1. They have asked for a bank account and generate the NEFT transfer slip.

  2. They told me it will take 3-4 working days.

  3. They told me Account no is incorrect.

  4. They asked for the bank statement as they have not sufficient infrastructure to verify whether funds transferred or not.

Today it is 13th May; Still I have not got the refund: 43 DAYS: HORRIBLE.
