When I saw the ad on FB, I was happy coz the products were really good and price was also reasonable. So I ordered one kurti, but it didn’t fit me.
I requested to return and these people have FedEx to collect the parcel back(A NEW IDEA, I LIKE) but the parcel has not reached them yet. Its been 20 DAYS.
Its really DISAPPOINTING! I don’t know how they will stay in the market when CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is least concern.
