The website layout is easy and user friendly. The prices look very tempting and thats how I fell for the trap:/
What I ordered:
-A top(Rs.899): The top was not as displayed in the website. The colours looked vibrant and the material of good quality. But the top that reached me, its colour was faded and worse part was it was synthetic material. It completely felt cheap and china made:/ The fit was even worse. I purchased the top according to the chart shown on their website. But it turned out to be a size smaller for me.
-A necklace(Rs.499): The colour on the website was shown as a beautiful marsala. But the necklace that reached me was of red colour. It was of very bad quality too. The golden work on the necklace looked like purchased from the streets.
I finally emailed them regarding the exchange/refund of the same, but I got no response. The customer care person kept repeating, "ma’am we will resolve your issue as soon as possible!" The exchange/refund did not happen.
Totally not what I was expecting! Highly Dissapointed with Cilory.com!
Last Word: Not Recommending even if the prices look attractive!
