I bought some jewellery sets from this site. I bought 1 choker set , 1 beaded chain set, and 1 trendy necklace set from the site on cash on delivery basis. when I askedvthe person whether could I check the products? he immediately said no. icpaid him money and took my courrier. among the sets the beaded chain sets ear studs pin was bent totally, but I did not bother about them much. but the trendy necklace set was completely different from what I have seen online, so I applied to the site to return it back. the set was of 200 rupees. after a week same delivery boy came and took the set, when asked about money, he said it will be updated and you will get your money back. but nothing as such happened, indeed I follwed it to the site by mails. but no response from the site. I just got angry about the site for my money loss and stopped buying things from the site. so, the return policy in this site is fraud.
( note: the site clearly stated about the return policy, if we dont like tje goods delivered or if they are in bad condition)
