I ordered a piece of clothing to gift to my friend. Reading all the reviews here, I was extremely apprehensive of purchasing something from Cilory. But since the product was only available at Cilory, I had no choice and just took a chance.
Just to be safe, I emailed them regarding the availability of product. Their response time was 2 hours which is pretty good. After ordering, I received the product in 2 working days which is better than what they promised. I chose the COD option.
The product was very well packed and seemed to be the same as shown on the website. I gifted it to my friend and she hasn’t had any complaints from it yet.
So all in all, I had a positive experience with Cilory and will shop there again.
