The first look at the products will tempt you to buy the goods but the suffering will start once you place your order. My suffering is more because even after a week of placing my orders I can only see in my tracking history "order received" and "payment accepted". I am trying to call the customer care but could hear only a voice mail " Thanks for calling Cilory, we work from 9 am to 8 pm Mon to Sat". Wrote many mails and messages but still never heard back with a reply. I have given a cash on delivery order at the same time(a weeks back) but they are not showing the product details in my order history.
I have no clue how ill get my money back or ever ill get my products delivered.
