We have booked 3 tickets for dark knight rises, 6.40 PM show, 22nd July(seat#b14, 15, 16). We reached at sharp 6.40 and when we went to our seats two other guys were sitting in our seats(b14, 15). When we told them those are our seats, they said thats their seats and showed us the seat numbers in his mobile message. we went out and informed the cinepolis guy, he came in and checked and then he took us to some other guy. After checking in their system and counter that guy took us back to that seat and checked their E-tickets. Guess what.. they were having Saturdays 6.40 PM show tickets!!!!!! after that those guys left and we got our seats.. this whole mess took 25 minutes to clear up.. and we missed all those scenes. after the movie, i approached the counter and asked for a feedback/complaint form, after some hesitation the counter guy looked for it and said its not available. I asked him where can I meet the manager.. he said I can find the manager in a room near screen 3, but I couldnt find.
I have just two questions:
1) How a guy can occupy a seat with an expired ticket ? ( I agree that he might have done this by mistake, but the looks he gave me when I asked him.. I can never forgive that.. If anyone can enter with an expired ticket, what all the employees are doing? )
2) We are paying 300 bucks for weekend shows and not even able to find a proper person or a form to convey our feedbacks or grievances. What kind of service is this?
I am expecting an answer from Cinepolis!!!!!
