Today I am very fortunate to write down this review of my previous prestigious employer Cipla. I was there from 2015 to 2016.
Cipla pharmaceutical Ltd, is not only a prestigious Indian company but also the first Indian pharma company which started it’s journey since 1935. Dr KA Hamied was the founder of Cipla mainly to supply sufficient medicine at the time of second world war. Presently Cipla is under the Chairmanship of Dr YK Hamied.
Cipla’s product is approved by top world class drugs administrator agencies such as US FDA, WHO- Geneva, MHRA-UK and many more from all over the world.
Cipla is giving a tremendous career benefit if you have talent and ready to take any kind of challenge. Career growth have no limit and I think this is the main plus point compare to other Corporate. If you have that much capacity, talent, then career has no limit. Salary does not mater for one who is interested to grow with his career and Cipla is giving his employees an unlimited career path. I can give you an example. In our Goa unit one employee was recruited as a junior technician, he was just a Diploma in Civil Engineering. After a certain period he became Engineering Site(area) head and directly responsible under CEO. This is not a single incident, a many more were there who shows there talent and integrity.
Work environment in Cipla is always amazing. We had a Family party, Sports, and many more once in a year to tie up a friendly relation with our colleague. Every unit is provided with a canteen and Employees can take a refreshment from there. Cipla is well maintained like a world class MNC. All employees are provided with transportation for there daily pick up and drop in all shift. Also this company is famous for it’s remarkable CSR activity through out India and Africa.
Annual income is approximately 210 million USD. Cipla was awarded with a uncountable award.
Moreover I think this is the best Indian Pharmaceutical company which is growing day by day.
