I have a Citi Bank eCard, besides its VISA and Master Card, which I am having for the past six years. The entire world is making pastic money to be the in thing. eCard has the convenience of allowing the owner to do shopping from his desk at his own time. Whenever I go abroad, the things I need to put into my wallet, next to my passport, are my Citi Bank Cards. I won’t have to worry in any way. I have other Cards, but they are not so versatile and user friendly. Citi Bank ATMS are in all metros, and getting fresh notes through them is really a pleasure. Citi Bank should approach more establishments in District Towns for spreading its wings. A fundamental principle of marketing is to put the services before the people, and they will accept it soon.
