I am using citi bank credit card for the past 2 years now and has never faced any problem. The customer care experience has been good. I am regularly redeeming my points for fuel.
They don’t promote their cards with false/tricky promises of getting free movie tickets etc.
If you are looking for a credit card for the purpose credit cards are for then its a good choice but if you are looking for free movie tickets, excessive cash back, then as per me its not a pick.
