I am reasonably well-earning person - however, I feel citibank card is a complete rip-off - One small delay of 3 days and I was charged 1100 Rs as late fine+Interest. There will be additional charges (not as a separate lineitem) - but clubbed under an existing bill. Apparently, it’s somewhere in the policy as per a file in their basement.
I had citibank card 10 yr back during college days and surrendered as I did not like service. I am one of the gold customer with platinum card now - their service has not at all improved. They have suave English speaking associates - that’s all.
