This is the first time that Im actually writing a review out here and the fist time that Ive signed up some kind of service such as this..anyway my review is centered round citibank as a service provider. I have been a citibank customer for the past 3 years and NEVER had a single issue in terms of their service.
I hold a citibank debit card and a citibank Gold card. My statements have always come on time, Ive always managed my purchases and in turn paid back promptly and the bank has never charged me any late payment fees or interest. Looking around at the recent Call center boom, I feel that the bank should stop giving credit cards to call center employees who are below supervisory level.
Lets look at it this way..these call center dudes jobs are so artificial, they put up an accent on the job (hey! thats ur job, I aint complainin) but why in Gods name do these imbiciles carry around their accent when they are leading their regular life.
I too have friends working in call centers who put up such an accent that its sickining!!! coming back to the topic..I believe that Having a citibank credit card is the best card. their service is excellent ..believe or not Ive never faced a problem with my credit card..and the only time I actually called up their customer care was when I lost my card..I received my new card in 22hrs time.
If thats not service, then what is? but always remember..a credit card is not a toy..its a financial instrument..YOU HAVE TO HANDLE ANY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT WITH CARE. If you want good service..you have to be smart first.
Learn the system and have it work to your advantage. The only reason half the people complain is because they have either misused the card, or have been defaulters or just dont have the maturity to use a financial service (original_prankster..hope ur reading this). Thats all I have to say for now..I hope this is posted and yawl find it useful..I dont really care if anyone replies..atleast read it and become smatter!!!!!!!!!
