my friend hold the citibank credit card
he spent Rs-14000 frome his credit card
he paid the amount with 4 cheque issued by punjab bank in
favour of citibank (my friend has saving account in punjab bank)
citibank refuse that he has not recieved any amount or cheque and issur fresh bill which is more than 14000 (including interest) to my friend
Punjab bank is firm that the amouny is paid and pass book
entry also shown that the amount is paid
But citibank is not interested to talk to my friend even not interested to see the pass book
Citibank wants certificate of the punjab bank that amount is paid
punjab bank refuse to give certificate as it claims that the
pass book itsef is evidence and certificate that amount is paid
But citibank official is not interested to talk personally to my friend and not given resonable chance to my friend to explain the entire situation.
