Last month, I booked so many tickets(IRCTC) from Citibank Credit card, incidentally, I booked some tickets from my ICICI & HDFC bak credit cards also. I was surprised to note that Only citibank is charging IRCTC transaction fee from their customers, whereas, both of the above said banks are not charging even a single penny for the same service.
When I asked citibank for this difference in charges they were not able to reply sufficiently. When I approached their nodal officer they just replied that they charge for IRCTC but not able to answer why?
And now, they are ignoring my mails by just not answering them.
