I have no complaints to express against the Sony Platinum Citibank card. I had a classic Citibank card and converted it to the Sony card. The new card arrived within ten working days. After racking up enough charges on the card (oops forgot eating out costs that much), I had enough Sony points to apply towards a few DVD movies, some CD’s, and a box of floppy disks. Calling the 800 # to place the order out of the supplied catalog was easy. I was on hold for about 3 minutes (if that). I received the merchandise 4 to 6 weeks after placing the order. I’ve never had a dispute, any bogus charges, or billing issues. This is a great card. The Citibank card is great to begin with, add Sony to the equation and get some stuff.
