No customer service anymore

No customer service anymore. Need to settle an issue with my account, which almost seems can’t be done online, but can’t get through to talk with any rep, even after an hour on hold. No matter what day the call is made. Even when I request a call back there is no call, just end-up talking with a machine. It is as if they took my money hostage and disappeared.
