I am a customer of citibank since last 2 years. I never got problem with this bank. But from last few months I have been getting user login problem. When I use my user name & password the website tells me your user or password are incorrect while I am using this password from last one year and I have not changed any user or password?
I also called its customer care, after struggle of 30 mins I connected its customer care but those people didn’t help me out.
Did Citibank changes my user & password?
Now I don’t have any access over my account. I am scared now.
I think its time to close my account with citibank.
