There is nothing good about this citibank. Right from teller in the bank to customer care over phone.
They are not even curtious nor bother to talk properly with customers. They have our money but they behave as if its their money. They act as though its their money.
Lots of hidden fees. Fees for every thing you do. No body responds to mails sent. I am sure no body even reads them. And also onc customer support person does not what other customer person has to say. Each time you call you get different answer for same question.
I am stuck with this bank since it is my salary account otherwise I would have closed my account by now. One other way I avoid is not to keep any cash with this bank. I feel all MNC banks are more or less same.
I would preffer national banks. Not that they are very good. But they are better than MNCs.
