I spent Rs 30000 in greed to get air tickets. I was selected for the ticket. But, no ticket offered yet.
Air ticket not received after winning the fly for sure offer... Citibank even not replying ..my mails It’s a sort of cheating with me.
After being selected for fly for sure offer, I was sent a form to fill the details of journey. I had sent the filled form and still having xerox of the documents. No reply came from Citibank after that.
Now, when my patience was out of control, I wrote the matter in the citibank portal.
In reply to that, citibank executives replied that they have not received the form.

I did not even think that citibank can find such cheap way.
This is one of the most unforgettable event of my life.
How can a bank be so irresponsible and unreliable?
If the bank is really unreliable as in my case, where would people save money.
At last, I would say that don’t ever rely on false promises of a mnc bank like citibank.
