I had purchased my bajaj pulsar courtesy a loan from citi finance. There were several who have told me that these loan business and stuff will just add more trouble to your life, but my willingness to buy a pulsar ended me in getting a loan from citi finance.
Believe me my experience with them has been fantastic. I have paid my EMI’s regularly and have not had any hassles with them. Today I called their customer service to enquire as to how much would I have to pay to just get rid of my remaining loan amout. I want to get rid of it so that I dont have to keep managing funds at start of every month.
I expected the customer care to ask some 100’s of question before they would provide me with solution but to my surprise they were quick, kind & up to date with all the information I needed. A clean and a very neat approach was given to me for my problems. I dont remember the complete name but I guess deepika was the female who assited me with the details. Thanks a ton to Citi Finance...keep looking for the same services ahead...
