Well, in my opinion, this bank is not at all good. First of all this bank does not allow you to sign in your mother tongue. Unfortunately, I have to maintain my account in this bank as this is my salary account.
Secondly, the bank charges you for visiting their branch.
This is really rubbish! Why should a customer pay for visiting the bank. I have not heard so far about any other bank charging you for visiting their counter.
Also, the citiphone informed me that if I do not maintain a minimum balance of thousand rupees then he would be charging me for issue of a cheque book. In fact, my company has told me that there is not going to be any charge of any sort for maintaining zero balance.
I am really unhappy and am hurt with the services of this bank.
I would not recommend the Suvidha account to any of my friends.
