Really a bad experience...

I opened this account around November 2015. Ever since I have had the account I have had nothing but issues. When I first opened the account, they ended up opening a secondary checking account without my permission. The account I wanted to be open was being activated correctly by Citibank ( Citigroup) . I asked them why are two accounts open with different checking account numbers and they didn’t know. So I had them close the other account. For the account I wanted activated it took almost a month to get that activated because they kept sending me the old account signature card information to sign ( this is to open the account) and the account I wanted to be open they kept saying that they haven’t received my fax or mail regarding the signature card to sign.


I DON’T recommend it to anyone.
