I have been using Citibank credit card for many years now. Their service is very good and Customer Service people are also polite. They offer credit card based loans with minimum documentation and even if the payment is made one day late, they don’t charge any fine for the same. The card holds lots of other benefits and emi facilities which is very useful to the customers.
The Heads of Cards obliges and solves any issues if notified to them, immediately.So I think Citi bank card offers very good service.
