Hi everyone.I am using citibank rewards card since 4 years, recently I have recived call from customer care for card upgradation.As per their instruction I have sumitted my income proofs and KYC to their executive who has visited my house.Till now there is intimation regarding the same. I have informed Customer care but they are least bothered to track.If by any chance my file is rejected they have to intimate the same.Very poor customer service.
