I am using Citibank rewards credit card since past one year and I must say it pays me back each year with it rewards program.
Customer Service: There is no doubt about CITI’s customer service they are punctual/to the point and great at handling their clients. If they say they will call you back with resolution be assured you will it and that too in the time specified.
Rates and Charges: This is 500/year but if you shop for 30k/year online than this fee is waived off. In my case for the past two year I have not paid anything to them.
Satisfaction: 100% satisfied since you will get lot many cashback offers from flipkart, amazon, snapdeal around the year if you have citibank credit card. Also they have a referral program which is great however it only works in Metro Cities and not in cities like Ahmedabad which according to disappointing.
