I went there with my friend for watching Raees movie of Shah Rukh Khan. We booked first row and started watching movie.
After 10 minutes of screening one family came to us and said that those seats were belongs to them so we saw our tickets to them and they started creating noise.
They were 8 to 10 members and asked us to compromise with our seats along with other 5-6 tickets holders and started talking in rough language with us.
Manager came by hearing loud noise and even he asked us to compromise with seats so we furiously moved to second row along with others for that one dominating and arrogant family.
Dislike for this theatre and it’s staff. Go to watch movie on your own risk.
