I bought a ticket to Haridwar with City Heart Travels. The bus journey was very pathetic. It completed a 7 hour journey to Haridwar in 17 hours. The condition of the bus was very very poor with broken seats. There was no proper seating arrangements. There was no stephny in the bus, so when the tyre punctured in the middle of the night, there was none to help. As a whole, booking in City Heart Travels is a complete wastage of money. I will never recommend ’City Heart Travels’ to any of my friend.
Don’t buy tickets with ’City Heart Travels’.
