I watched Sachin-A Billion Dreams at City Pride Satara Road.
Service-The first impression that was in front of me was the slow service at the ticket counters. There were long queues at two of the ticket counters and the third was out of order. The people at the counters were not friendly and the credit card transaction terminal wasnt working. So I was forced to withdraw money from a nearby ATM. The tickets were charged much beyond expectations even though the movie is tax free.
Ambience- Ambience in the café and even in the premises of the theatre was nice and the toilets were clean. The assistance while navigating to the correct theatre room was provided which was really helpful. The theatre rooms were not cleaned after every show. The spilt food on the floor and the chairs wasnt cleaned which was really unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Food- The food in the premises of the theatre was good but was a bit overpriced. Like they charged a Samosa for ?? and Coke and other beverages were too much costly.
Overall the experience was not so pleasing. I would definitely recommend the other City Pride( Kothrud) if you want to enjoy and have a great time with your family.
