City Pride Satara road in located near Market Yard, Pune. It is, by far, the the most downrated theatres in Pune.
I watched Wonder Woman on of the screens in this theatre. I was least satisfied by the service provided in accordance with the costing of the ticket.
There was a long queue at the ticket counter. One of the counter was closed wihout any notice. Also, the debit card machine wasn’t working so I had to encash the amount from a nearby ATM. The staff wasn’t managed well.
There were hardly 30-40 people enjoying the cinema. The 3D glasses provided by the theatre had an oily coating and quite a few visible scratches. Although the screen clarity was good, you couldn’t see clearly through the glasses.
As of all the theatres, the food here is overpriced. The Samosas served were cold as ice and the coke wasn’t. Also, there weren’t any cleaners coming in at the end of the movie.
The overall experience was the not good. The theatre would get more visitors if the staff gets managed well and the cinema halls get more clean.
