Recently CUB MD sir has sent a circular to all of their employees attaching salary slip of all indian banks where somehow he managed to show that he is paying highest salary to their employee in fact more than any new generation pvt bank or even SBI. SO respected Sir I will say give this fact in most indian dailies that you are paying highest salary so that talented people frm SBI, other PSUs banks pvt banks will leve their bank and can join your bank coz anyway Most CUB employees are looking to leave coz they feel and know that you are paying lowest. But ya plz put condition apply when you are giving this ad of highest paying salary in Newspapers. And condition are plz new joinee note it:
1: CUB will take all your original certificates so that u can’t apply to any other organisation
You will not even get tea in CUB. though a labour gets but CUB treats us worst than labour.
u wil have to do hardcore marketing with operation, u will work like donkey till 7 after that u wil have to go for marketing, and u wil be given diary where u need to note al your meetings and RM is given salary to check your diary and scold u. at your current bank marketing persons are diff but in CUB u wil have to do both. so plz note.
at your current bank saturday is half day but in CUB saturday u cnt even think of leaving before 6.
only bank in world where even after working this much MD says that he is paying 50% pension means we are just sitting not working.
Only organisation where u need to pay lakhs of money when you are leaving even after serving notice
they pay ex-gratia but u will be made to feel like begar before giving. and ya in case u r resigning they wil take it back.
8.only bank where u may have to work 24 hr continuously even on sundays but u can’t expect to get even 1 Rs. extra.
9. only bank where union works for management not for employees. E, ployees even dnt know wen election happens. only forcefully subscription I deducted from salary. nd proof is in CUB strike never happened and research shows that only Slaves never ever ask for their right.
They pay so called ESOP when market price is Rs.98 then they give at a price of Rs.93 what a generous bank(joke).
No motivation to work in this bank but ya motivatio meet happens which is like tortue coz employees cnt speak their mind only headmaster wil speak all shooted booted employees wil have to listen, nd ya u wil not get even breakfast(one whole sunday waste).
Only organisation where oly work no play, fun in CUB is sin.
13, only organisations where in HRD ppl who don’t even know HR are sitting no professional at all. They say bla bla about HR policy but when u ask about HR Policy boooklet then they are quiet.
only organisation where Managers are treated like labours they need to carry their employees heavy diaries for Review meet. no matter how heavy it is they are not allowed to take help of messenger.
only organisation where no policy for promotion whoever they like they promote. A junior office can’t think of becoming scale-1 before 3 yrs. and ya most ridiculuous u will not be promoted to scale-2 unless u become manager even if it takes more than 5 years. so its employee fault if they do not have more branches.
