Extremely poor customer service, user un-friendly policies.
Apparently there is no escalation possible while speaking to the customer care, you can only write a mail for escalation.
Ordered a mattress, finished all documentation and processes the same day, and on the day of delivery no one calls. I had to reach out to Cus Care. the most absurd customer care rep encountered. Solution provided was sharing my house Owner’s ID! Refund can only happen when I raise a written request! Never ever using you guys again!
