My experience at CK Birla Hospital is worst, since it’s at walking distance from my home so I visited this hospital few times from basic treatment to Emergency case and I can tell you it’s really bad experience specially at the time of emergency & hospitalization. For them money come first and they will not entertain even emergency case and will ask you deposit huge amount of money first, for even not so much serious case they will make & show like it’s emergency & will create a fearful situation and will ask you to admit the patient and ask for ICU admit. I experienced lots of false medicine billing that they claimed which I am sure it was never the case and they were just making money. Staff( specially Doctors & senior staff very rude and not helpful except few Doctors whobare really good). Very unprofessional MRD staff and they will not correct their mistakes that they have done in documentation and rather push you back. Very bad experience in patient discharge as they will try to hold you for maximum duration to make the money.
