So it was usual day when I was writing some equation with octane and suddenly it stopped working so jerk it. After the jerk it worked fine and after some time again it completely stopped and I jerked it more heavily and with fraction of second my page turned into dark blue sea : / the ink spilled out.
I’ve complained ITC for this stuff but they said they can take action but it will take a month so and all I had to do I need to pack those refills and send them in courier like who does that in 12th grade.
This incident took place 5 or more times so I ended up using other jel pen : /.
Still don’t get as satisfied as octance satisfied me.
Hope they work on this problem.
Let me know if anyone is facing the same issue.
