I ordered a clay SIM in Feb 2014 for my wife who was travelling to Germany to join me. The SIM was given to my wife and she made only 2 calls from the SIM and the bill generated for was promptly cleared. There was no bill generated after this as the SIM was never used again.
To my surprise I got a mail from them on 18th March that my credit card was charged INR 5000 due to technical reasons. I immediately wrote to them to reverse the same but I never got any response for that.
I returned the SIM on 15th April, as agreed with their team during SIM handover on return date, and got the acknowledgement and started sending mails asking for the refund status. Everytime I get a response that they are working on the same and will revert soon. This continued till 7th May when suddenly they told me that the SIM has not been returned hence they cant initiate refund. I send them the copy of the SIM return receipt and then they stopped responding.
I have been chasing Renuka(cs5.bangalore@clay.co.in), Kamran (kamran@clay.co.in) and also Dipti Roy (dipti.roy@clay.co.in) and nobody is responding. Does anyone want to suggest what is their escalation mechanism to take this up for a speedy resolution?
