Booked a tata indica for outstation travel(Pune-bhimashankar-triambakeshwar-pune).Very disappointing service. 1. Driver has no knowledge of route even with in pune city that costed me 16 km more. 2. Cab condition was poor. AC is not working as we are sweating inside Cab. 3. Driver was rude.
You should return the charges for(16 km extra) that was mistake of driver and also for poor AC.
