Poor Experience with Support

Im very disappointed with the way my issue was handled by Cleartrip, specifically by a representative named Muhamad Abdul(apologies if the spelling is incorrect).


I called to rebook flights for myself and my daughter. I was told the charge would be AED 1680, which I paid. After payment, Muhamad Abdul called and said they couldn’t reissue my daughter’s ticket because it needed to be changed from infant to child, and told me to contact Philippine Airlines(PAL) directly.


I called PAL, and they said only the travel agent(Cleartrip) can reissue such tickets. PAL even advised that Cleartrip should call them directly. I passed this on to Muhamad Abdul and requested that he call PAL, but he refused, saying it’s not their responsibility.


I was passed back and forth between Cleartrip and PAL with no resolution. Muhamad Abdul was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to assist.


This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I expected much better support from Cleartrip.
