Dont use cleartrip, This is an looting company/travel agentI had booked ticket with cleartrip id 201213842294 from mumbai to cochin for 22.02.2021. Airline company rescheduled the timing from 12.05 to 05.05pm . Since we have to reach kerala before 6.00pm we decided to cancel the trip. I tried to contact cleartrip for cancellation but nobody atteneded the call.Then I contacted airline company directly and cancelled the ticket. They informed that Rs 8200 got refunded( full refund) to cleartrip and will get refund from cleartrip.While contacting cleartrip they informed that they will refund Rs 4200 onlhy after deducting their charges. Eventhough they got Rs 8200 from airline company they are deducting these charges which is nothing but lootingI will never use CLEARTRIP in future.
