Dont book ur holiday with clear trip.com. They will spoil ur holiday for their profit I booked Goa trip with https://cleartrip.com with their new venture package tour. I was shocked with their money-minded behaviour Firstly, they give me package of Goa with the crown. In Goa, they told that crown is 5 star properties but it is not. After booking, I called hotel they told renovation is going on in lobby I called clear trip people they rudely deny to pay me back they cheat me.
Then i offer them i will pay more pls change my hotel they denied on 27th april my flight was delayed for 5 hours i call them for late check out they say we are not in position to request to hotel. When i personally talk to hotel staff, they easily agreed. It means they did not try. On the same day, I received a message from spice jet about delay of flight but at the same time, clear trip messaged me that ur flight is on time.
I am confused. Again, I called clear trip and after 5 calls, they transferred my call to Mr Manish, who is, they say, the head of booking. But after calling so many times, he did not give me proper timing of flight.
My experience with clear trip.com is horrible. I advice you not to book tickets or package with clear trip
