I booked 5 tickets to Hong Kong with them but there was slight mistake in one name and I called them. Nilesh answered the phone and said yes we will have to cancel the booking and there will so and so charges. I had no other option then just to cancel, they didn’t cancel the booking but they void the booking as I called up immediately making the booking.the same day booking can be void free of cost but they charged me almost 3500 rs for 4 tickets for nothing.
Nilesh didn’t know anything so he took on conference his so called supervisor Alex.Alex(very rude as he was supervisor).he just came on the phone and told me the charges when I said why you are charging too much as I knew the tkt can be void as I am also working in travel line.he said these are the charges you wanna do it or not its up to you.then nilesh told me if you ok with the charges then I am canceling the ticket and will refund you the balance and you can book your tickets online again.i ask how much you gona refund now.1st he said 103000 then after 2 minutes he said it will be 101000 as I calculated wrong.
Anyways I was so stressed and angry as I didnt want to call them again as I held the phone for almost 30 minutes.as they r busy making ppl fool and couldn’t answer my phone earlier and I was the existing customer so they don’t give a shit to existing customers.so I realised now I can’t do anything as I have been robbed now.sorry so Nilesh told me there will be a refund of Rs 1, 01000. I said ok, I asked him to send me an email mentioning the amount of refund he said I cant sent now but you wil get in 2-3 days time. I said ok after 2 days I recieved an email from Cleartrip that we have refunded Rs 99, 711 I was like what the hell? I called them and again waited for 35 minutes and spoken to their another so called supervisor Uakti.when I told her my issue she simply hung up the phone on me.
I din’t have the time to call them again and wait another 30-40 minutes.so I didn’t do anything but guys pls do not book anything with them.they will rob you. They will put you in situation which ever way you go. It will be your lose.so pls dnt book with them.they are not clear in anything.Cleartrip if you will read this msg I am expecting a comment from you about your discrption.i know that’s what you are. Fake company.
