I won’t be using Cleartrip again.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with your service. I booked a hotel through Cleartrip and traveled four hours, only to find out that my booking was never confirmed. The hotel had no record of my reservation, leaving me completely stranded with no place to stay. This was not just an inconvenience, it was an absolute disaster. I had to scramble at the last minute, find another hotel, and go through unnecessary stress, all because of Cleartrip’s failure to properly confirm my booking.


This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. When a customer books through your platform, they expect a seamless experience, not to be left helpless upon arrival. What’s the point of using Cleartrip if I still have to double-check with the hotel myself? I cannot trust this service anymore, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.


The only saving grace was the support agent who processed my refund. He was professional, understanding, and handled the situation well, which I appreciate. However, that does not make up for the terrible experience I had to go through.


I hope you take this feedback seriously and fix whatever issues you have with hotel confirmations. But as for me, I won’t be using Cleartrip again.
