Cleartrip

I have booked an Executive Room on line in Hotel Pancham Continental Bareilly, UP on 11.09.2015 through Cleartrip for 1.10.2015.They confirmed the booking vide Cleartrip Trip I/D 150nextisbest21328 and aishwaryasingh23ment in full was made online.On 01.10.2015 when I reached the Hotel reception along with my wife they refused to give the room and informed me that the Cleartrip has not transferred the amount of Booking to them inspite of repeated request by them.I am a Senior Citizen and not keeping good health.Any one can imagine my condition.

I immediately tried to contact Cleartrip over phone No.9595333333 but no body attended the phone, then I sent an E-mail to them at support@cleartrip.com.They acknowledged the E-mail  vide  Case # 3496120 and refused to take any action and advised me to contact  over the said Phone.Again I tried to contact them over the said Phone No. but of no avail, no body bothered to pickup the phone.Again I sent an E-mail to them at "Hotels? hotel booking related question" they registered it vide Case # 13503309.At about 1700hrs again I tried and could talked to them.

The person on the other side told me that they have transferred the money to the Hotel 2 days back and ask me to hold the line for two minuets so that he can talked to the Hotel reception, I hold the line for 07 long minuets but he did not returned back.I enquired from the Hotel at about 2000hrs on 1.10.2015 but till that time they have not received the aishwaryasingh23ments.  Ultimately I have  to make my own arrangements.This the first time I made booking through them and their efficiency has been exposed .I recommend not to book any thing from such irresponsible company.
