Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I recently booked a ticket through them worth 10000. I rescheduled the tickets which was cheaper than the previous booking.And they promise in their website that they will refund the fare difference. The new ticket was worth 5000 on all booking sites.
I thought I will get some refund. But they included the previous money together with the new booking. I want to sue them.I request for suggestions. Please don’t get cheated by cleartrip. Never do any sort of booking by cleartrip.
