Trip rescheduling worst exp.

Trip Id: 1407130153. This is with regards to the pathetic customer service we are getting from their call centre executives. I have no means left besides complaining on social media.


I had a booking at Golden tusk resort, jim corbett which we had postponed for a week because of the ill health of my son. This change is highly accepted by the hotel authorities and its just a matter of an email which cleartrip is suppose to send to the hotel. After following up with them for the past three days and writing tonnes of email what your personnel telling us that the hotel is not ready to make the chnage and on the hand the resort people are soo co-opertive that they have no problem in making the date change.


Cleartrip guys have pathetic customer service and the way you are harassing your customer really shows your service standard.
