**Fraud** I booked train tickets using cleartrip.com on 27 Oct, 2009.As part of their promotion going on that time, I was eligible for Diamond vouchre worth Rs.4000.00 of Surat diamonds. I was informed that the voucher will be send to my email within 5 days of my booking.When I didn’t receive the voucher even after 10 days, I called up their customer care regarding the issue. I was assured that my complaint has been noted and that the voucher wd. be send by email in 24 hrs.Regret to state that I NEVER received the vouchers even as on today & any calls to their customer care no.s are not answered/ not addressed.Hope that they improve their services in future, but for the time being I don’t recommend cleartrip for any of the travel related services.Rakshit Khurana
