Do not buy tickets on cleartrip

I booked tickets on 20 Oct 2008 for five of my family. The travel date was 26 Oct 2008. But, I got the booking for 26 Nov 2008. I knew that if I contact the Call centre, they will give answer: It is a system error. So, I kept quite. But, then when I asked them to give me individual tickets in the name of all the passengers so that my office could process the leave travel concession, they told that it is not possible. Then, in order to get reimbursement, I had to go to EZEEGO1 portal, where I got all the five tickets in individual names.


My opinion about Cleartrip is that


(1) The portal is not professional


(2) Call centre officers are not able to resolve the customer’s grievances


(3) The Cleartrip is not at all clear and clean in its business.


So, think many times before you book the tickets on this portal. Arvind Shukla
