Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I also booked a ticket and got a coupon for the book one get one free. I used the coupon when I needed another flight and it never went through. Then I had to call their customer care and they said that we have to book for a flight 15 days in advance. By the time you go through all these hoops and then get only the flight fare and not the taxes, it is a waste of people’s time.
They do not have the decency to be honest but hide behind all these curtailments and all covered under one line saying’Terms and conditions apply’. If we were all lawyers then we could read all the print all the way.
Honestly, I will not use cleartrip again. I have given them enough business, received poor customer support and finally this treatment . No way I am using them again.
